   My girl and I lunched with your friend Idle and his lovely wife, yesterday. Spoke of your splendid photographs. I’m a disaster with a camera, though the advent of the digital camera closed my collection of pictures of “My thumb in (delete as applicable)”.

   Your pup is gorgeous; here is ours, Pig, aged 8 weeks on his first day home Pig comes home

   My bluvd and I are getting spliced, probably next year, so will be looking at your services. Thinking of a knees up with Idle’s brother’s band, The Johnsons; he’s not far from us in the rural idyll that is Somerset.
